Jesus Changed Everything
If you've found your way to this page, perhaps you're searching for answers, longing for peace, or simply wondering if there is more to life than what you've experienced so far.
We believe there is.
His name is Jesus.
More than two thousand years ago, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, willingly came to earth to accomplish what none of us could ever do for ourselves. He lived a sinless life, revealed the heart of the Father, and ultimately gave His life on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Three days later, He rose from the dead, defeating sin and death forever.
The Bible tells us: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." — John 3:16 (NKJV)
Jesus didn't come simply to make bad people good. He came to bring spiritually dead people to life. He came so you could know God personally, experience His forgiveness, and spend eternity with Him.
Why Do We Need a Savior?
Many people believe that if they try hard enough, live a good life, help others, or do more good than bad, everything will work out in the end.
The Bible tells a different story.
Every one of us has sinned. We've all chosen our own way instead of God's. Whether our sins seem small or great in our own eyes, they all separate us from a holy God.
Scripture says: "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." — Romans 3:23 (NKJV)
None of us can earn God's acceptance through our own efforts. No amount of kindness, generosity, church attendance, or good works can erase our sin. That is why Jesus came. He did for us what we could never do for ourselves.
The wonderful news of the Gospel is that forgiveness is not earned. It is received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
Your Response
Salvation begins when we place our faith in Jesus Christ, turn away from our old way of living, and surrender our lives to Him as Lord and Savior.
This is much more than repeating a prayer. It is the beginning of a relationship with Jesus and a lifelong commitment to follow Him.
If you believe that Jesus is the Son of God, that He died for your sins and rose again, and you desire to place your trust in Him today, you can express that decision in prayer.
A Prayer of Commitment
Heavenly Father, I know that I have sinned and cannot save myself. I believe that Jesus Christ is Your Son, that He died on the cross for my sins, and that He rose again so that I could have eternal life.
Today I turn away from my sin and place my faith completely in Jesus Christ. I ask You to forgive me, make me new, and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. From this day forward, I choose to follow Jesus as my Lord and Savior.
Help me to know You more through Your Word, grow in my faith, and live a life that honors You.
Thank You for loving me, forgiving me, and making me Your child. In the name of Jesus, Amen.
